We understand that sometimes things just don't look the way you imagined when you placed your order online. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
For orders shipped to an address within the UK, we offer a 3 day return window starting from the date your order was delivered. Niche Bazaar Studio do not cover the cost of shipping for any returns.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was received in the last 3 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You have contacted us to let us know you are returning the order, or you have included your name and order number with the parcel
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Orders being shipped outside of the UK are not eligible for return. Duty, taxes, and import fees are also non-refundable.
In cases where international orders are returned to us (such as when the recipient does not pay import costs or refuses the parcel), the fees incurred on items being returned to us will be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING CHARGES / DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from Niche Bazaar Studio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Niche Bazaar Studio. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

As prescription lenses are bespoke products, we cannot offer a refund for the lens value. In those cases the frame price will be refunded.
