Shipping Policy
UK delivery is tracked and is free for orders over £100. Our primary shipping days are Monday-Friday, with final deliveries being sent at 4pm GMT.* Therefore, orders placed after 3pm GMT on Friday will typically be dispatched on the following Monday. We aim to process your order in 1 - 2 working days.
For international orders, shipping is £25. We use UPS for all international orders, with full tracking available and a signature upon delivery. For the most part, international orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. However we are currently experiencing delays. Please keep an eye on the tracking link sent with your order for the most up-to-date information about where your parcel is, and when it should arrive.
To avoid unwanted attention, orders are shipped in unbranded discreet packaging. The box, parcel tape, bubblewrap, thank you card, and tissue paper used in our packaging is all 100% recyclable. For. International orders, we unfortunately have not been able to source recyclable document pouches for customs paperwork. Please separate this from the main box before recycling the cardboard.
*Excludes public holidays. Orders placed just before or during public UK holidays will be shipped on the first business day following the end of a public holiday.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from Niche Bazaar Studio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Niche Bazaar Studio. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. For all UK orders, we offer you 3 days from the date you receive the package to return for refund or exchange. Please refer to our returns page for full details.
